Expanding metal production capacity

20. November 2024 Expanding metal production capacity

Lübeck, Germany – 20.11.2024

ONE3D s.r.o., a leading developer in hybrid production and advanced post-processing of metal and plastic parts, has announced the acquisition of the NXG 600E from Nikon SLM Solutions. This cutting-edge metal additive manufacturing system allows the production of parts up to 600 by 600 mm wide and 1500 mm high, enabled by 12 x 1 KW lasers, will significantly enhance ONE3D’s capacity to produce very large size high-precision parts from advanced materials, supporting the demanding requirements of the aerospace and defense industries while taking its production capabilities to new levels of size, productivity, and innovation.

The acquisition of the NXG 600E aligns with ONE3D’s strategic growth and innovation plan, enabling efficient production expansion while maintaining high-quality standards. This investment represents a crucial step forward for ONE3D, supporting its work with aerospace and defense clients, including its role as an industrial partner in Lockheed Martin’s development project for the Czech Army’s F-35 fighter aircraft program.
