We mill (almost) everything
We have 3 and 5-axis CNC milling centres in our arsenal. Together, we will run piece and batch production of our technology show. With us you can machine everything from ferrous and non-ferrous metals, cast irons and alloys. As well as plastics including engineered wood and PMMA.
We machine common structural and tool steels up to a hardness of 60 HRC. Our specialists will be happy to help you with higher hardnesses. All with maximum quality and precision.
Thanks to this we can also produce high-end optical parts with high light reflectivity.
Extended quality control
During the machining process, we can easily handle the measurement and analysis of our finished parts. We measure and analyse the workpiece using conventional measuring procedures. At the same time, we have 3D scanning technology at our disposal and can turn things around with reverse engineering.
