The subject of the project is to expand the existing research and innovation capacity of ONE3D s.r.o. for the development of advanced refractory aerospace propulsion system components.

The aim of this project is to achieve a higher level of know-how and competitiveness on the European market in the field of refractory materials, which have the potential for the production of propulsion components in the aerospace industry, but also in the energy industry or in other areas.

OPTAK Application: Development of a new generation skeleton helmet

The subject of the project is the research and development of a unique skeleton helmet, which will be personalized according to the rider’s digital data, the helmet lining will be made by additive technology from a structured material with higher energy absorption parameters and the construction of the Kevlar shell will be designed with regard to the specific position of the rider in the supine position (forward view while riding).

The aim of the project is the complete development of a unique skeleton helmet that will incorporate a fundamentally similar lining approach to the previous HEDGEHOG project, which the present project builds on.

OPTAK Application: Development of an additive processing process for tool steels for efficient production of high pressure die casting moulds for zinc alloys

The subject of the project is research and development of additive processing of tool steels for efficient production of moulds for high-pressure casting of zinc alloys.

The aim of the developed solution will be to achieve a significant cost reduction in the production of zinc die casting moulds by Selective Laser Melting (SLM) technology. The project output will be a prototype of a fully commercially usable additively manufactured zinc die casting mould with conformal cooling and a functional sample of a zinc die casting mould.

OPPIK Application: development of components for the space industry using additive technologies

The subject of the project is research and development of components for the space industry using additive metal technologies. The aim of the developed solution will be to achieve a significant reduction in weight and number of parts, as well as to reflect the requirements in terms of shape and assembly of individual components.

OPPIK Application: application of additive technology for the production of zinc die casting moulds

The aim of the project is to develop 1 functional sample of a production mould fitted with non-conventionally manufacturable cooling channels.And 1 proven technology to extend the lifetime of the die.
The project will use additive printing methods to achieve the desired properties.

OPPIK Application: development of a personalised ski helmet using digital technologies

The aim of the project is to develop 1 functional sample and 1 prototype for use in the production of sports equipment.
Additive printing methods will be used to achieve the desired properties, namely to increase the durability of the helmet and to increase the safety of the helmet by user adaptation of the internal geometry.

The aim of the project is to expand the R&D centre of ONE3D s.r.o.
The reason for further expansion of the VIK is to expand the additive approach technology in the field of metals and metal alloys and directly related activities.
This project receives financial support from the European Union.

The purpose of the ONE3D R&D Centre Development Project (OP PIK) was to expand the R&D centre by acquiring machinery/equipment and other equipment for the centre.

The aim of the project is to expand the capacity and competence of the R&D centre focused on industrial R&D in the field of advanced additive technologies and materials. This project is supported by funding from the European Union.
The purpose of the project was to establish an R&D infrastructure. The research infrastructure is accessible to other users through a commercial service.
