We pop open the champagne one month early. We are the only ones in the CR with ISO certification for plastic and metal additive manufacturing

02. December 2021 We pop open the champagne one month early. We are the only ones in the CR with ISO certification for plastic and metal additive manufacturing

9001 + 45001 + 14001 = 3 numbers, which didn’t let the entire ONE3D team sleep for the past 3 months. And now they are ours. What do they mean for our customers?

1. We protect quality for our customers: ISO 9001

This most coveted standard for quality management tells the world that we at ONE3D have our additive processes fully under control. We’ve always strived for this goal, but ISO 9001 has moved us to a better, more stable workflow of our services and to anchoring of our processes, both new and existing. Now you can rest assured that our manufacturing and services deliver a consistent level of quality, minimize waste and adhere to the highest standards.

2. We protect our employees: ISO 45001

The safety of our people and protection of their health is not taken lightly in our company. That is why our OHS meets the most recent international standard from 2018.

3. We protect the environment: ISO 14001

Additive technologies for manufacturing that is friendlier to the environment. To make sure we truly adhere to this in everyday work, we carefully monitor the impact of our operation on the environment. At the same time, we attempt to give back to nature. We flush with rainwater, sort our waste into 14 categories and recuperate heat emitted by our machines. A green roof and beehives are in our plans for the near future.

“We do not regard the ISO certifications as mere stamps. We take them as a commitment. We want to always play the role of a trustworthy partner in the field of additive manufacturing, who cares about production quality and customer requirements fulfillment, the prosperity of our own people and robust environmental protection.” — Filip Dokoupil, CVO
