OPPIK Potential: Expansion of the R&D center VIK at ONE3D

The goal of this project is the expansion of the R&D center VIK belonging to the company ONE3D Ltd. The reason for further expansion of VIK is the expansion of additive approach technology in the field of metals and metal alloys and directly related activities. This project is financially supported by the European Union.

OPPIK Application: Development of a customized skiing helmet using digital technologies

The goal of this project is the development of 1 functioning sample and 1 prototype, usable in the manufacturing process of sport equipment. It will utilize the method of additive printing to achieve the required properties, namely increased durability of the helmet and increased security of the helmet achieved by user adjustment of the internal geometry.

OPPIK Application: Application of additive technology to the production of zinc die casting

The goal of this project is the development of 1 functioning sample of production mold equipped with cooling channels produced using unconventional methods. And 1 verified technology of prolonging the lifetime of a pressure mold. The project will utilize the method of additive printing to achieve the required properties.

OPPIK Application: Development of components for the space industry with the use of additive technology

The subject of the project is research and development of components for the space industry with the use of metal additive technology. The goal of the developed outcomes is a significant reduction both of weight and number of pieces, further reflected in the requirements for shape and assembly of individual components.
